Practical and legal guides to using AI with documents that contain personal data, in Switzerland. Each guide draws on official sources and is aimed at care homes, home care (Spitex) organisations, medical practices, social services, HR teams and fiduciary firms.

Each guide cites its official sources (Fedlex, FDPIC…), carries a date and is updated when the texts or recommendations change. It gives general information and does not replace legal advice.
