Liability

Maijin Shield is a tool that helps with anonymisation. It greatly reduces the risk of disclosing personal data but cannot remove it entirely. It is up to the user to review the preview before passing a text to a third-party service. Maijin Sàrl cannot be held liable for inappropriate use of the tool or of the third-party artificial intelligence services used downstream.

Data protection

The processing of data is described in our privacy policy. In summary: processing in Switzerland, no retention of your original documents, mapping tables and anonymised versions encrypted and deleted after 90 days, no trackers.

Governing law

This site and its use are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Geneva.
